Catholic Coaching

God has made each person in a wonderful, mysterious way. In growing out of trauma, one naturally begins to seek ways to authentically be one’s true self. Moving beyond this false self (the parts of us that are in “the driver’s seat”) and living in one’s true self leads us into fulfillment and joy. Along the way, Catholic coaching helps to identify what one’s goals are and how to best approach them, and begin living one’s unique design.

Living authentically always meets resistance, and coaching can help us understand the role this is playing in limiting us. We aide others to identify places of strength, desire, hope, and talent.

Our resources are the 4 Temperaments, the Motivational Assessment (MCode), the Clifton Strengths Assessment, implementing the Reason Cycle,

and as learned through the mentorship Metanoia Catholic program

(metanoiacatholic.com).Sometimes coaching is non-referential to God, and the individual could be presented with options for life that are actually contrary to the good of the human person. With Catholic truths as a foundation, our coaching avoids the pitfalls of secular coaching.

With these assessments and tools, one becomes more aware of one’s gifts, talents, and unique design. When these strengths and gifts come to the forefront, combined with a prayerful heart and a communion-oriented mindset, one is filled with joy and better able to live one’s authentic self.
