As we grow out of trauma, we naturally begin to seek ways to authentically be our true selves!
God has made each person in a wonderful, mysterious way. In growing out of trauma, one naturally begins to seek ways to authentically be one’s true self. Moving beyond this false self (the parts of us that are in “the driver’s seat”) and living in one’s true self leads us into fulfillment and joy.
Along the way, Catholic coaching helps to achieve our goals, giving us the tools to live our unlived life created for us by God.
Living authentically always meets resistance, and somatic coaching can help us understand the role this is playing in limiting us from achieving our goals.
1:1 Somatic Coaching with Sr Mary Stephen
These Zoom Somatic coaching sessions start with a discovery call of 20 minutes, $27.00.
Then I offer 50 minute coaching sessions, $97.00. These sessions give you individual guidance that can not be done in a group setting. These sessions will help you make the most of the Somatic & Parts Pilgrimages.

Service: I support individuals navigating life’s chaos, exploring these challenges using somatic and parts work (IFS). I meet clients where they are right now, helping them develop body awareness and gently addressing areas of stagnation.
Certification Level: Biology of Trauma® Professional & Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy.
I offer a 20 minute discovery call for $27. We meet over zoom to see if my services are the right fit for you.
