God has made each person in a wonderful, mysterious way. In growing out of trauma, one naturally begins to seek ways to authentically be one’s true self. Moving beyond this false self (the parts of us that are in “the driver’s seat”) and living in one’s true self leads us into fulfillment and joy.
Along the way, Catholic coaching helps to achieve our goals, giving us the tools to live our unlived life created for us by God.
Living authentically always meets resistance, and somatic coaching can help us understand the role this is playing in limiting us from achieving our goals.

20-minute strategy calls are available for $27.00 to discuss your goals and determine the best approach for your healing journey.
Personalized somatic coaching sessions designed to help release stored trauma and stress. Each 50-minute session includes guided somatic exercises tailored to your unique needs, all within a faith-based, compassionate framework.
Cost: $97.00 per session

Service: I support individuals navigating life’s chaos, exploring these challenges using somatic and parts work (IFS). I meet clients where they are right now, helping them develop body awareness and gently addressing areas of stagnation.
