Description
We warmly welcome all Catholic Therapists, Life Coaches and Spiritual Directors for a unique opportunity to explore a somatic approach to inner healing grounded in the wisdom of Catholic anthropology.
Sr. Mary Stephen, a Religious of 28 years & creator of this innovative somatic healing program, will introduce how body-based practices can support emotional, spiritual, and nervous system regulation—all within a faithful, Catholic framework. This information will be of value to your clients as well as to yourself and loved ones.
During this Info Event, you’ll also be guided through a brief somatic exercise to help you experience—within just minutes—a shift from tension to calm, embodied, aliveness.
