Description
After completing the Somatic Pilgrimage, you will be equipped with somatic tools that allow you to engage more deeply with parts work (Internal Family Systems). Together, we’ll build awareness of the younger parts within us that often influence our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. The goal is to gradually learn to live and act from our True Self—our deepest, most authentic self, which is also our point of connection with God.
By integrating somatic practices with parts work, this journey becomes a gentle and safe path toward healing. As part of the process, we explore three core themes, each lasting one month: 1. Befriending the Freeze/Shut Down, 2. Stress Release, 3. Healing Attachment Wounds.
This Pilgrimage meets one day a week for 8 months, utilizing this book, Self-Therapy Workbook, by Bonnie Weiss.
