This has been a personal, transformative, Somatic Pilgrimage, that I desire to pass on to others in a Catholic way.
A mission for RESTORATION!
Helping people heal, one at a time.
Sr Mary Stephen, Carolyn Meiners, has been a nun for over 28 years, and was one of the foundresses of the monastery of her solemn profession. She is currently on sabbatical, using this time to gain tools and education for inner healing. Most recently, she founded Restorative Catholic, a holistic approach to inner healing and human flourishing.
She has completed several programs: THA certification – earning the title, Biology of Trauma Professional, Clinical Somatics – Level 1 & 2 and Dr. Gerry Crete’s – Parts Work Fundamentals.
She is currently working through the Metanoia Catholic’s, Catholic Coaching Fundamentals. She additionally enjoys teaching this ground up approach, while integrating it with the Catholic Faith and growing this online community.
