This has been a personal, transformative, Somatic Pilgrimage, that I desire to pass on to others in a Catholic way.

A mission for RESTORATION!

Helping people heal, one at a time.

Sr Mary Stephen, Carolyn Meiners, has been a nun for over 28 years, and was one of the foundresses of the monastery of her solemn profession. Following the Lord’s call she is now outside her monastery for a season of healing, which she is passing on to others.

Most recently, she founded Restorative Catholic, a holistic approach to inner healing and human flourishing, mainly teaching Zoom courses with Catholic Somatic Exercises and 1:1 Coaching.

She has completed several programs: THA certification – earning the title, Biology of Trauma Professional: Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy with Embody Lab: Dr. Gerry Crete’s – Parts Work Fundamentals, IFS.

She is currently working through a Somatic EMDR course and the Metanoia Catholic’s, Catholic Coaching Fundamentals.

She additionally enjoys teaching this ground up approach, with Virtual Somatic Pilgrimages, integrating Somatics with the Catholic Faith and growing this online community.
