A Gentle June Retreat for Your Body & Soul

In the midst of busy schedules, stress, and constant stimulation, many of us have forgotten how to truly rest. This class is an invitation to gently come away, settle your nervous system, and create space for peace, healing, and prayer.
Each Wednesday morning, we will begin with calming guided exercises to help you become comfortable and relaxed in your chair and body. You will learn simple ways to self-apply calming essential oils while soothing your nervous system and bringing your body into a greater sense of safety and rest.
From this grounded place, you will be led into guided imaginative prayer with music — allowing your body and soul to rest in God’s presence in a deeper way.
Throughout the month, you will also receive a Rosary Meditation each Saturday to help you continue your meditative practice during the week and deepen the experience of rest and prayer.
