Description
This Somatic Pilgrimage is designed to help you learn practical tools for resetting your nervous system and cultivating a deeper sense of calm, presence, and inner stability. Through guided group sessions, you’ll be introduced to accessible somatic practices that can be integrated into your daily life, supporting long-term resilience and regulation.
This course also serves as the foundation and prerequisite for Step 2: Pilgrimage to Wholeness. In that next phase, you’ll build on these skills to gently explore and release stored trauma within the body. This includes parts work (Somatic IFS), where we engage with the different aspects of ourselves that shape our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors—often outside of conscious awareness.
